Willow Eucalyptus
Willow Eucalyptus, or Eucalyptus Babylonia, is one of 700 species from the genus Eucalyptus that are native to Australia, New Guinea, Indonesia and nearby islands. Eucalyptus is well known for the fragrant scent and medicinal properties. Many of the species are frequently used in floral arrangements due to their variety of decorative leaves, soft ashy blue-green shades and that notorious Eucalyptus aroma.
Garden Roses
Garden Roses, (roses cultivated prior to 1867) are some of the most beautiful roses, with their lush and fragrant blooms. They were originally grown for their medicinal properties, to make perfumes, and as confetti. Roses are still used for those purposes, but now many are grown for admiring, whether in your garden or in a vase, bringing a touch of elegance to any space. With such a full bloom, these gorgeous flowers are sure to make anyone smile, especially on Valentine’s Day.
Salal Tips
There’s more to these bright green, waxy leaves than just a floral element. Salal tips, also referred to as Lemon Leaf, are another plant with a rich history and an abundance of uses. From being edible to medicinal, to being used to create dyes, Salal tips serve many purposes, historically used by Native Americans. For today’s purposes, they add a pop of bright green and wider leaves, providing varying texture.
